1. What we collect
- Job seekers: nothing. CanadaHire has no accounts and no application forms — applications go directly from your email client to the employer, and we do not receive or store them.
- Employers: the business and contact details you submit with a posting request (business name, contact email, position details).
- Site visits: standard server logs (IP address, pages visited) used only to operate and secure the site.
2. How we use information
Employer information is used to verify, publish, and manage postings and to provide posting confirmations. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
3. Retention
Expired postings and their publication records are archived so that employers can request confirmations of past postings. Employers may ask us to delete their information at any time via the contact page.
4. Cookies
CanadaHire does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
