What we are
CanadaHire lists thousands of open positions across all ten provinces and three territories — from restaurant and hospitality roles to trades, farm work, child care, transportation, and office jobs. Listings come from two sources, and we are transparent about both:
- Direct postings — submitted by employers and reviewed by us before publication.
- Curated listings — selected from publicly advertised Canadian job postings. Each one identifies its original source at the bottom of the posting and links back to it.
Every posting shows
- Wage or wage range — no "competitive salary" mysteries
- Hours of work and terms of employment
- Location, number of vacancies, and start date
- Main duties and requirements
- Publication date and expiry date
For job seekers
Browsing and applying is completely free. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, and no fees — ever. The Apply button on each posting sends your application directly to the employer, or takes you to the original posting. Your information never passes through us.
For employers
Employers can submit a posting free of charge. Every direct posting is reviewed before it goes live, stays up for up to 12 months, and displays its publication and expiry dates. We keep dated records of every posting and can provide written posting confirmations for your HR and recruitment files.
Our standards
- Accuracy — postings state real wages, real duties, and real dates. We correct or remove listings reported as inaccurate.
- Attribution — curated listings always identify and link their original source.
- No fees to workers — we never charge job seekers, and we do not list employers who do.
- Compliance — postings must comply with Canadian employment and human-rights law. See our Terms of Use.
