- Cut, prepare, and fit structural steel and metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Operate grinders, cutting tools, and fabrication equipment safely
- Measure and align components using calipers, rulers, squares, and clamps
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety policies and procedures
- Identify and report safety concerns
- Support other departments as needed
- Participate in on-the-job training
