Welder

What You'll Do
Join a hands-on team building HVAC products that people count on every day. As an experienced welder, you'll read and interpret blueprints, set up and operate welding equipment, and produce high-quality welds. You'll work with a strong focus on precision, consistency, and safety while helping maintain production targets and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Driving Responsibilities
• Production MIG welding
• Respond to deadlines and production efficiencies independently
• Maintain an excellent attendance record (able to work a minimum of 40 hours/week)
• Maintain a positive attitude and be a great team player
• Operate various hand tools

What You Bring
• 1-2 years of welding experience or a combination of education and experience
• Ability to read engineering drawings and work orders, including bills of materials
• Safety oriented track record
• Attention to detail and commitment to produce quality product
• Must be willing and available to work rotating shifts
