We are looking for

part time 3rd Cook
who can work weekends, mornings, afternoons and evenings.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Preparation and production of menu items for catering, banquets, dining room & room service.
• Ensure that sanitation, hygiene and safety standards for proper food storage and handling are me.
• Ensure a safe working environment through proper use of equipment, being proactive in accident prevention and diligent in eliminating safety hazards.
• Assist culinary team with various food preparation tasks.
• Communicate with Executive Chef on a regular basis to discuss products and inventory requests.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
• At least 2 years experience in a hotel culinary setting is a definite asset and/or 5 years Fine Dining culinary experience
• Red Seal or equivalent is an asset
• FoodSafe Level 1 certificate mandatory
• Excellent culinary skills and cooking knowledge
• Self starter, takes initiative, positive attitude and leadership skills
• Desire to work in a team based environment
