Responsibilities

• Train, mentor, and develop team members to ensure exceptional service and adherence to restaurant standards.
• Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain quality and consistency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
• Maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and communication among staff.

Requirements
• Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Knowledge of bartending practices is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding hospitality.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
