Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team in a bustling restaurant kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and be eager to assist in meal preparation and service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of meals according to our menu
- Ensure all food preparation meets food safety standards
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes
- Help with inventory management and stock rotation
Experience:
- Proven experience working as a cook in a kitchen setting
- Familiarity with food handling, preparation, and service
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
