Registered Early Childhood Educator (Rece)

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. This position requires a commitment to educating and supporting the development of children, including those with disabilities, while promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

Duties
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
• Create a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and learning.
• Educate children through play-based activities, hands-on experiences, and structured lessons.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices.
• Demonstrate leadership in classroom management and foster teamwork among staff.
• Utilize technology (Kindertales) effectively for lesson planning, communication, and record-keeping.
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Skills
• Strong ability to educate young children in a classroom setting.
• Experience working with children, especially those with disabilities.
• Excellent time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Leadership qualities to guide both students and fellow educators.
• Familiarity with computerized tools for lesson planning and administrative tasks.
• A nurturing attitude combined with patience and understanding towards children's needs.
