Duties
• Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, serving, and ensuring smooth workflow across kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Supervise staff by conducting interviews, training new team members, and providing ongoing coaching to enhance performance and teamwork
• Oversee food handling procedures to ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper hygiene practices
• Utilize POS systems such as Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions securely
• Monitor customer service quality, address guest concerns promptly, and create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business
• Lead by example in food industry best practices, including food safety protocols and hospitality standards
• Coordinate with kitchen staff on menu execution, food presentation, and timely delivery of orders

Requirements
• Proven supervising experience within the restaurant or food service industry, with strong leadership skills in team management and conflict resolution
• Extensive food preparation and cooking knowledge, including kitchen experience and familiarity with various culinary techniques
• Experience operating POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order processing and cash handling
• Solid background in restaurant management, including overseeing daily operations, inventory control, and staff scheduling
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures to ensure compliance at all times
• Hospitality background with experience in serving guests in diverse settings such as hotels or bars is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills for interviewing candidates, training staff, and collaborating with team members
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and high standards
