Line Cook

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pizza Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about food preparation and delivering exceptional dining experiences. The Pizza Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas and supporting overall kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with restaurant experience, kitchen skills, and a strong understanding of food safety are encouraged to apply.

Duties
• Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications
• Handle food preparation tasks including slicing, chopping, and assembling ingredients
• Ensure all food handling practices meet safety and sanitation standards
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
• Assist with food service duties, including taking orders and serving customers when needed
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality and safety
• Support team members in meal preparation and kitchen organization during busy hours
• Follow all food safety guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure customer satisfaction

Experience
• Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred
• Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations is highly desirable
• Experience with meal preparation and handling ingredients in a fast-paced setting is a plus
• Strong understanding of the food industry standards for cleanliness, safety, and quality control
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent serving skills with a friendly attitude towards customers and team members
