In this role, you will work directly alongside the owner while overseeing on-site crew members to keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule.</p><p> Our primary focus is <b><strong>custom framing and home additions</strong></b>, but we perform full end-to-end residential construction. The ideal candidate is a skilled carpenter who takes pride in top-notch craftsmanship and thrives in a lead role on custom job sites.</p><p> <b><strong>Responsibilities</strong></b></p><ul><li> Lead day-to-day operations on site, directing small crews, apprentices, and sub-trades.</li><li> Work hands-on alongside the business owner to execute custom framing, structural additions, and complex layouts.</li><li> Perform a wide variety of finishing work, including exterior siding, interior trim, deck builds, and general custom carpentry.</li><li> Read plans and layouts to ensure framing and finish work meet precise specifications.</li><li> Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and material management.</li><li> Troubleshoot job site challenges and communicate progress directly with the owner.</li></ul><p> <b><strong>Qualifications & Requirements</strong></b></p><ul><li> <b><strong>3+ years</strong></b> of hands-on experience in custom framing and residential carpentry.</li><li> <b><strong>Leadership experience:</strong></b> Ability to supervise workers, delegate tasks, and maintain a productive job site.</li><li> <b><strong>Multi-trade versatility:</strong></b> Proficient in framing, siding installation, trim/millwork, and general residential carpentry.</li><li> <b><strong>Reliable transportation:</strong></b> Must have a valid driver's license and own dependable vehicle to travel to local job sites.</li><li> <b><strong>Tools:</strong></b> Must have basic hand tools and personal power tools suitable for everyday framing and trim work.</li><li> Strong communication skills and a positive, problem-solving attitude</li></ul><p><br /></p></div></div>
