Customer Service Representative - Call Centre

The Life Sciences Division of Trescal Canada provides calibration, preventive maintenance and repair services for laboratory equipment across Canada. We support laboratories that manufacture medicines, conduct medical research, and advance healthcare. Our technicians help ensure critical laboratory equipment remains accurate, reliable and compliant in pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, universities, research facilities and biotechnology organizations.
We're expanding our Toronto team and are looking for a Customer Service Representative who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where organization, communication and attention to detail matter.

The Role
This position is the operational hub of our Toronto branch, coordinating the flow of work between customers, technicians and internal teams. Every day is different, with a mix of customer communication, scheduling, quoting and operational support.

Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email.
Prepare quotations for calibration, preventive maintenance and repair services.
Coordinate technician schedules and customer site visits.
Process customer and vendor orders.
Update customer information and service records in Salesforce.
Track equipment shipments and maintain shipping documentation.
Follow up quotations and customer enquiries.
Manage office and branch administrative support.
Escalate technical or customer issues when required.

We're Looking For
Previous customer service or administrative experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
High level of attention to detail.
Able to work independently while supporting a collaborative team.
Experience coordinating field service, logistics or technical service operations would be an advantage but is not essential.

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
