Duties
• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients to streamline kitchen operations
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols
• Serve dishes promptly and accurately to ensure guest satisfaction and timely service
• Support the kitchen team during busy periods by managing multiple stations and assisting with plating and presentation
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, communicating needs to management for restocking
• Follow all safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for everyone

Experience
• Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment is advantageous
• Knowledge of food safety standards, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices
• Experience in serving guests or working directly with customers is a plus, demonstrating excellent communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
