Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role involves preparing ingredients, cooking dishes to specifications, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. The Line Cook will work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and uphold the restaurant's quality standards.

Duties
• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
• Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
• Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment
• Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
• Follow sanitation procedures and maintain a safe working environment
• Serve dishes promptly to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills
• Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
• Familiarity with food handling safety standards and procedures
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with staff members
• Knowledge of the food industry trends and customer service principles
