Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
• Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
• Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas
• Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure hygiene
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients and supplies
• Adhere to all health and safety protocols to create a safe working environment for staff and guests
Experience
• Previous experience in food service or restaurant kitchens is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards is highly desirable
• Familiarity with the food industry environment, including meal preparation and food handling practices
• Experience working in fast-paced settings with a focus on quality and efficiency is advantageous
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and cleanliness
Must be available to work nights and weekends, and must have reliable transportation.
