Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and conducting interviews to build a motivated and efficient team.
• Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality standards are consistently met while adhering to food safety regulations.
• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including POS (Point of Sale) systems like Micros POS for transactions and order management.
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and maintaining high hospitality standards.
• Monitor food handling procedures, kitchen cleanliness, and safety protocols to uphold health regulations and food safety standards.
• Oversee cash handling procedures, including balancing registers and managing financial transactions accurately.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff on food industry best practices, menu updates, and ensuring timely service during busy hours.

Qualifications
• Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or food service environment with strong team management skills.
• Extensive food service experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order processing and sales tracking.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in interviewing, training, and developing staff members.
• Strong background in restaurant management, including customer service excellence and hospitality standards.
• Knowledge of food handling regulations, kitchen operations, and the overall food industry landscape.
• Experience with cash handling procedures and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Previous hotel or barista experience is a plus, showcasing versatility across hospitality settings.

Pay: $17.00-$35.73 per hour
