Front Desk Agent

The Red Lion Inn & Suites is seeking Full and Part Time Front Desk Agents to work mainly cover shifts and afternoon shifts. Shifts would would be a variation of 2-10 pm or 3:30 to 11:30 pm with coverage on other shifts when needed. Experience is an asset but willing to train the right candidate. Wage range is $21.50 to $24.50 per hour and is based on experience.
Main duty's include but not limited to:
Greeting guests upon arrival
Processing guest check in/check out
Answering incoming phone calls
Reconciling cash
Processing incoming reservations
Pay: From $21.50 per hour
Experience:
• customer service: 1 year (preferred)
