True-Care Restoration
has an immediate opening for a Full Time General Labourer.
True-Care Restoration provides emergency and repair/maintenance services along with general property clean-up services to properties with damages within the Durham Region.

Position Summary
The General Labourer is in good physical condition and provides support to the team as required to ensure timely project completion. The Labourer follows good work practices and procedures and sets a good example for new crew members and co-workers.

Responsibilities
• Accepts direction from the Lead Hand / experienced co-workers.
• Participates in good housekeeping discipline on the job to ensure a safe non-cluttered workplace.
• Learns and practices correct procedures, especially when environmental work is required.
• Displays good manners and attitude toward the property owner, occupants of the property, co-workers and sub-contractors.
• Is willing and able to be on-call 24/7 for after hour's emergency work following probationary period..
• Able to work extended hours and weekends as time sensitive jobs require.
• Directs customer questions or concerns to the most senior company person at the job site.

• Qualifications
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Clean Drivers Abstract
• Must have valid G drivers license.
• Access to reliable transportation
• Previous construction work experience.
• Work boots & Hand Tools
