Security Shift Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the efficiency, professionalism, and overall performance of security officers and OFA 3 medics across all sites that are not designated as self-contained and policed. This includes ensuring that site knowledge is consistently maintained and that officers receive ongoing evaluation, mentoring, training, and clear communication within a 24/7 operational environment.The Shift Supervisor works closely with the Operations Manager to ensure site-specific requirements are upheld, operational adjustments or changes are implemented promptly, and new site start-ups are properly supervised. The role also requires regular liaison, coordination, and communication to maintain adequate site coverage and ensure effective incident and emergency response. Additionally, the Shift Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all Security Professionals consistently adhere to Saulteau Safety &amp
