Bourgault Industries is looking for a Production Welder to join our team in St. Brieux, SK. Our ideal candidate is motivated, attentive to detail and willing to learn! The purpose of this role is to weld quality components that conform to engineering specifications as well as production and quality requirements.What's in it for you?Competitive, performance-based pay.Health & Dental benefits and a flexible Health Spending Accountpany-matching Retirement Savings Planpany-wide profit-sharing plan.Annual Personal Protective Equipment allowanceprehensive Health & Safety Program.Regular staff BBQs, holiday parties, and employee appreciation events!What will you do?Use existing work orders, work instructions, and department procedures to complete weldments to an approved quality standardRead drawings to assemble parts in a fixtureProduce welds in all positions and using tooling provided to produce high quality weldmentsFollow the instructions of the supervisor to complete given tasks in preparation, tacking, and weldingUse other hand power tools such as angle grinders, drills, die grinders, and oxy acetylene torch as required to complete tasksDetect minor defects in the parts being used or the completed component as well as minor defects in weld qualityEnsure that equipment being used on regularly is in good working orderWhat do you need to succeed?Minimum of 1-2 years MIG welding experienceAbility to work independentlyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and ability to multi-taskAbility to read blueprintsWillingness to learn new skills How to Apply: Once you click on the Apply for this Position button you will be taken to a page where you will have two ways to apply.
