<p><img src="https://workablehr.s3.amazonaws.com/uploads/photos/5598/ab4e496680717004e2e7d511a96723db.png" width="787px" height="auto" style="width:787px;height:auto;"></p><p>Voyago, Transdev Ontario, is hiring an Operations Supervisor to fill an existing opening based in our Etobicoke &amp; Gormley office, supporting operations across the expanded GTA regions.</p><p><strong>Your role:</strong></p><ul><li>Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all Student Transportation-related operations in assigned areas. </li><li>Primarily focusing on internal logistics and coordinating operations between the Schools division and other operations support teams</li><li>This individual will work closely with Human Resources and Maintenance to support operations while managing the individuals within the operation.</li><li>Help fuel and maintain the cleanliness of the bus.</li><li>Directs the activities of staff, ensuring that drivers are meeting the standards set out in various Student Transportation contracts and ensuring business activities continue to be managed during staff vacation/sick leaves</li><li>Monitors performance of staff through site visits, completed incident/collision reports and conducts follow-up when required, providing annual performance review input and resolving problems</li><li>Coordinate with Health &amp; Safety to arrange training</li><li>KPI's as directed, reviews with drivers and reports back to Operations Manager</li><li>Available on-call for divisional emergencies which may include holidays and weekends</li><li>Maintains work schedules and ensure coverage is provided at all times</li><li>Functions as key contact to support teams such as maintenance, human resources and health and safety</li><li>Cover schools runs when required </li><li>Oversees the completion of monthly ghosting and deficiency reports </li><li>Maintains paperwork and timesheets and oversees all elements of the process</li><li>Ensures timely and accurate entering of payroll</li><li>Serve as a contact to staff and assist in all forms of employee engagement and regular meetings</li><li>Assist and co-ordinate driver on boarding and orientation processes for new hires</li><li>Monitor employees license upgrades from start to finish </li></ul><p><strong>Salary: $59,000 - $63,000 annually </strong></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Your profile</strong></p><ul><li>You are safety focused</li><li>You are a safe driver with a clean driving record</li><li>You have a valid "B" licence (preferred)</li><li>You can obtain a clean criminal record search and/or vulnerable sector screening</li><li>You have a sound knowledge of the York Region and surrounding areas </li><li>You have the ability to work independently</li><li>You possess solid communication skills</li></ul><ul><li>You have post-secondary education or equivalent</li><li>You have a minimum 2 years experience in a similar role</li><li>You have in-depth knowledge of the York Region</li><li>You have knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook applications</li><li>You have excellent, strong proven customer service experience</li><li>Student Transportation experience will be an asset <br> </li></ul><p><strong>Your location</strong></p><p>By joining the Voyago Schools team in York you'll find:</p><ul><li>We offer a competitive wage</li><li>We provide paid training </li></ul><h3>The Full Time comprehensive benefit package is available </h3><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p><strong>The Perks</strong></p><ul><li>We offer free licence upgrade</li><li>We support the development, work-life balance and well-being of our employees</li><li>We build a supportive corporate culture that encourages diversity and enables our people to flourish.</li><li>We enable our employees to have a positive social impact by deploying sustainable mobility solutions.</li></ul><ul><li>We offer comprehensive benefits packages for full time empl
