Welder

<div>We're looking for a <strong>Robotic Welder (Day Shift)</strong> to join our production team. In this role, you'll operate, set up, and maintain robotic welding cells while supporting consistent, high?quality welding in a fast?paced manufacturing environment. If you have experience with robotic welding systems - or you're an experienced welder looking to advance into robotics - this is an excellent opportunity to grow.</div><div><br><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></div><ul><li>Operate and monitor <strong>robotic welding cells</strong> to produce high?quality welds.</li><li>Load, unload, and fixture parts safely and accurately.</li><li>Perform basic programming, adjustments, and troubleshooting on robotic welding equipment.</li><li>Inspect welds to ensure quality and consistency.</li><li>Perform minor maintenance on robotic equipment and welding fixtures.</li><li>Support manual MIG/TIG welding tasks as needed in production.</li><li>Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>What You'll Need:</strong></div><ul><li>Experience operating or assisting with <strong>robotic welding systems</strong> (e.g., programming, setup, adjustment, or operation).</li><li>Understanding of MIG/TIG welding principles; manual welding experience an asset.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and work instructions.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and quality.</li><li>Comfortable with repetitive production tasks in a fast?paced environment.</li><li>Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Willingness to learn and work cooperatively with others.</li><li>Able to follow written and spoken instructions in English.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><em>If you're an experienced welder with interest in robotics, training is available.<br></em><br></div><div><strong>Employment Details:</strong></div><ul><li><strong>Shift:</strong> Day - Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:15 PM (40 hours/week).</li><li><strong>Pay:</strong> CA$22 - CA$26 per hour (experience and weld test dependent).</li><li><strong>Benefits:</strong> Available after probation.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Why Work for Us?</strong></div><ul><li>Safety
