As the summer winds down, we shift gears to ensure our clients' pools are expertly maintained and properly winterized to protect their investments for years to come.</p><p><br /></p><p>We are looking for hardworking, reliable <b><strong>General Laborers</strong></b> to join our dedicated <b><strong>Pool Closing Crew</strong></b> for the upcoming fall season.</p><p><br /></p><p><b><strong>Role Overview</strong></b></p><p>As a member of our Pool Closing Crew, you will work alongside our Lead Technicians to service, maintain, and safely winterize residential swimming pools across the London area. This is a hands-on, physically active position ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, being part of a supportive team, and getting things done efficiently.</p><p><br /></p><p><b><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></b></p><ul><li><b><strong>Pool Maintenance & Closings:</strong></b> Assist in day-to-day pool maintenance, water draining, line blowing, winter cover installation, and overall pool winterization procedures.</li><li><b><strong>Equipment & Loading:</strong></b> Safely load, unload, and organize pool equipment, heavy supplies, and chemical treatments into service vehicles daily.</li><li><b><strong>Team Collaboration:</strong></b> Follow instructions and direction closely from the Lead Technician to ensure jobs are completed on time and to high quality standards.</li><li><b><strong>Site Driving & Transportation:</strong></b> Drive service vehicles to and from various client job sites safely across London and surrounding areas.</li><li><b><strong>Safety & Cleanliness:</strong></b> Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment at job sites and in the shop/fleet vehicles.</li></ul><p><b><strong>Qualifications & Requirements</strong></b></p><ul><li><b><strong>Valid Driver's License:</strong></b> Must hold a valid Ontario 'G' Driver's License with a clean driving abstract.</li><li><b><strong>Age Requirement:</strong></b> Must be at least <b><strong>25 years of age</strong></b> to meet company vehicle insurance policies.</li><li><b><strong>Physical Stamina:</strong></b> Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50+ lbs), bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods in various outdoor weather conditions.</li><li><b><strong>Reliability & Punctuality:</strong></b> Dependable attitude with a strong work ethic and commitment to finishing the seasonal contract.</li><li><b><strong>Team Player:</strong></b> Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented mindset.</li></ul><p><b><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></b></p><ul><li><b><strong>Competitive Pay:</strong></b> $20.00 - $24.00/hour, with overtime opportunities available during peak weeks.</li><li><b><strong>Great Team Environment:</strong></b> Work alongside experienced technicians in a supportive atmosphere.</li><li><b><strong>Outdoor Work:</strong></b> Enjoy the late summer and fall weather while staying active.</li></ul><p><b><strong>How to Apply</strong></b></p><p>Ready to join the crew for the fall season ?If you are reliable, love working outdoors, and meet all the insurance/driving criteria, we'd love to hear from you!</
