What You'll Be Doing
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of condominium common areas.
• Follow a structured daily cleaning routine.
• Complete regular building walkthroughs and report maintenance concerns.
• Remove garbage and recycling to designated collection areas.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks when needed.
• Keep your supervisor updated and confirm completion of daily responsibilities.
