- The Patron Services Associate maintains positive customer relationships by utilizing exemplary customer service skills, as well as knowledge of Box Office/Front of House (FOH) and company policies and procedures to ensure optimal customer experience. They are on the front line, interacting with and assisting patrons and volunteers during shows and rentals. All Front of House staff members must get SIRS training- Serve It Right Saskatchewan Duties:Provide the highest level of customer service and attentionEnsure all ticket requests and subscriptions are handled promptlyAddress patron accessibility, questions and needsPrepare daily reports and accurate reconciliation of box office receipts, sales, and cashPrepare tickets for distribution leading up to show timesServe customers at the bar/concession pre-show and intermission
