Construction Labourer

Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Labourers to join our team. In this role, you will assist with various construction tasks, contributing to the successful completion of projects. The ideal candidate will be reliable, physically fit, and eager to learn new skills in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities
• Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed for construction projects.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete tasks effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the duration of the project.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to minimize risks on the job site.

Requirements
• Previous experience in construction or labour-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety guidelines.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced workers.
• Reliable transportation and a driver's license are essential.
