Responsibilities
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, carpets, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, linens, and other supplies to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, elevators, and restrooms to uphold the hotel's high standards.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure guest safety and property integrity.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to deliver consistent quality service.
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed to maintain overall property appearance.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient room turnover and timely service delivery.

Requirements
• Prior experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Demonstrated ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and excellent time management skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move around comfortably for extended periods during shifts.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
• Knowledge of hotel cleaning standards or experience in hospitality settings is a plus.
