Job Description
At Skater's Edge Source for Sports we pride ourselves in our mandate that ?we fit your game? and we are looking for team members who are passionate and excited to join our team. We provide high quality customer service to ensure our customers receive the right advice, to find the right fit to ensure they can play the sports they love.

Responsibilities
- Accurately process sales, exchanges & refund transactions with efficient operation of the point of sales system, credit card terminals and handling multiple forms of tender with accuracy
- Provide excellent customer service
- Positively engage with all customers in a respectful manner
- Maintain a neat and organized checkout area
- Answer telephone calls in a polite and respectful manner
- Answer customer inquiries and assist them in finding product and / or being connected with a sales associate

Qualifications and Physical Requirements
- Bilingualism is a strong asset
- Great customer service skills
- Retail experience
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Demonstrate high levels of integrity and personal responsibility
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Full body motion (including twisting, bending, reaching, squatting and ability to use hands, arms and legs to physically handle, lift and move items)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.60 per hour
