About Doodle All Daycare
Doodle All Daycare is a brand-new childcare center located in the downtown area. We use a

play-based, emergent approach to learning
, inspired by children's interests, curiosity, and developmental needs. We offer programs for

infant, toddler, and preschool age groups
in a warm, inclusive, and engaging environment.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement a
high-quality, child-led, play-based program* that supports the physical, cognitive, emotional, language, and social development of children.
• Observe, document, and reflect on children's learning to inform curriculum planning.

Build
nurturing, respectful relationships* with children, families, and colleagues.

Maintain a
safe, clean, and organized classroom*, ensuring all Ministry of Education and public health standards are met.
• Support positive behaviour guidance and foster independence and problem-solving skills.
• Communicate effectively with families and team members to support children's growth and development.
• Be flexible and adaptable to changes in the work environment and classroom needs.
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-based environment with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Qualifications
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education.

Registered and in good standing with the
College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE)*.

Current
CPR and First Aid certification*.

Willingness to undergo a
Criminal Record Check

and
Medical Check*.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English
is required;

French is considered an asset
.
