Automotive Service Technician

Yorkton Toyota is looking for a motivated Journeyperson Automotive Service Technician or 2nd Year (or higher) Apprentice to join our Service team. If you enjoy diagnosing problems, working with the latest technology and being part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you. WHAT YOU'LL DO:Diagnose, repair and maintain cars, SUVs and light trucks.Perform inspections, maintenance and warranty repairs.Complete oil changes, tire services, brake repairs and other scheduled maintenance.Use diagnostic equipment and OEM resources to identify vehicle concerns.Accurately document repairs and communicate with the Parts and Service teams.Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area.Complete Toyota and FFUN training. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:Journeyperson Automotive Service Technician Certificate or registered 2nd Year (or higher) Automotive Service Technician Apprentice.Valid Class 5 driver's licence.Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Commitment to safety, quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
