We are seeking a

Bread Baker
with a

positive attitude and strong work ethic
who is genuinely passionate about artisanal bread. This is an exciting opportunity to join a talented and supportive team in a fast-paced environment that values craftsmanship, quality, and teamwork.

Responsibilities
• Read and follow production schedules and recipes, accurately measuring and mixing ingredients.
• Shape, mold, proof, and bake a variety of artisan breads, including sourdough, brioche, and specialty loaves.
• Process dough through all stages, from fermentation to final baking and packaging.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and appearance.
• Meet production deadlines to ensure packaging and delivery schedules are met.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with food safety regulations.
• Lift up to 40 lbs independently on occasion.
• Work efficiently in a high-volume environment while multitasking.
• Open or close the bakery production area as required, ensuring fresh products are available daily.
• Work overnight shifts as needed.

Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience
working with sourdough and brioche.
• Food Handler's certification required.
• Excellent communication skills
and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Passion for artisanal bread
and baking, with a positive, solution-focused attitude.
• Strong time management skills
and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
