experienced Line Cooks!
Our team's vision is to combine our passion for authentic Italian cuisine with our love of East Coast culture and hospitality. We are looking for enthusiastic Line Cooks who are excited about food and becoming part of the Ragazzi team long-term. This individual must be able to start right away!
Responsibilities & Qualifications include but are not limited to:
• Set up, stock and clean up stations
• Prepare food for service
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef's instructions
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Friendly, positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Energetic, confident, and comfortable working independently and with others in a fast-paced environments
• Restaurant experience required
• Relevant certifications an asset
