September 30, 2026)<br><strong>Averaging Agreement:</strong> Not applicable</p><p></p><h3><strong>Overview</strong></h3><p>Concord Parking is seeking customer-focused Seasonal Curbside Ambassadors to support curbside operations at Vancouver International Airport. This is a highly active, customer-facing role where you will help manage traffic flow, assist passengers, and ensure a smooth and safe airport experience.</p><p>This is a temporary opportunity with potential for permanent placement based on performance and business needs.</p><p></p><h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li> Manage curbside traffic and enforce parking regulations </li><li> Provide wayfinding assistance and customer service to passengers </li><li> Support operations across: </li><ul><li> Passenger pick-up and drop-off zones </li><li> Taxi stands and commercial vehicle areas </li><li> Domestic and international arrivals </li></ul><li> Communicate with Ground Transportation Dispatch and supervisors </li><li> Ensure continuous traffic flow and public safety </li><li> Proactively engage with drivers and passengers to provide guidance </li><li> Accurately report incidents and operational issues </li><li> Use radio communication for coordination and break coverage </li><li> Maintain professionalism in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment </li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to stand and walk outdoors for 8?10 hour shifts </li><li>Ability to walk 10?15 km per shift </li><li>Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent </li><li>Fluent in English (written and verbal) </li><li>Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check </li><li>Ability to pass a 3rd-party assessment (TestGorilla) </li><li>Availability to work flexible/rotating shifts (including nights) </li><li>3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience </li><li>Experience in fast-paced or high-volume environments </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Customer service mindset with conflict resolution ability </li><li>Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment </li><li>Must successfully complete Traffic Control Person Training (provided) </li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul><li>Parking, aviation, or traffic control experience </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems </li><li>Additional language skills (French or others) </li><li>Traffic Safety Control certification</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive hourly wage </li><li>Opportunity for permanent employment after contract </li><li>Career growth within Concord Parking and Paladin Security Group </li><li>Work with a nationally recognized Employer of Choice </li><li>On-the-job training </li><li>Growth opportunities </li><li>Pay reviews</li></ul>
