Manager, Restaurant

We are looking for an enthusiastic, responsible and customer service driven individual with a minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant or hospitality management to lead our existing team.
Responsibilities of the position:
Restaurant Managers take on many responsibilities, including effectively recruiting, scheduling and managing employees, overseeing operations, handling customer complaints, and generating financial reports. Other important aspects of a Restaurant Manager's duties are to ensure health and safety regulations and manage inventory.

In addition, they should have patience, remain calm under pressure, handle employee conflict in a professional manner, have excellent customer service skills, be successful at planning, and have a sense of effective marketing strategies.
