Kingsville IDA Pharmacy is looking for a compassionate and customer-focused
Customer Service Representative
to join our growing team! Preference will be given to candidates with a
Personal Support Worker (PSW)
background or experience with home health care equipment.
What You'll Do
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and caregivers.
• Assist customers with home health care equipment and mobility devices.
Deliver products to patients' homes (must be
25 years of age or older* for insurance purposes).
Safely lift and move equipment weighing
50?75 lbs*.
• Work collaboratively with our pharmacy and home health care teams.
What We're Looking For
• Friendly, compassionate, and dependable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of home health care equipment and devices is an asset.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Available to work
Monday to Friday until 6:00 p.m.
and
rotating Saturdays (9:00 a.m. ? 1:00 p.m.)*.
