Client Service Representative
to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you play a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for both pets and their families. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with animal and people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
• Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer phone and respond to emails.
• Schedule appointments and manage daily appointments.
• Check patients in and out, process payments, and maintain accurate medical records.
• Communicate clearly with veterinarians and technical staff to ensure efficient patient care.
• Assist clients with prescription refills, food orders, and general inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Support the team with various administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications
• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Veterinary reception experience is an asset but not required?we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Completion of the veterinary assistant program is an asset but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with computers and able to learn veterinary practice software.
