Customer Service Representative (Full-Time & Part-Time)
We're looking for
two motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives
to join our team. If you're confident on the phone, organized, tech-savvy, and enjoy helping customers, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
• Answer inbound calls and schedule service appointments
• Make outbound follow-up and customer care calls
• Coordinate schedules with technicians and update job information
• Maintain accurate customer records and tracking documents
• Complete daily administrative tasks
• Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting effective team communication
What We're Looking For
• Excellent communication and phone skills
• A strong customer service mindset and professional attitude
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, or administrative support is an asset, but we're happy to train the right candidate.
Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
