Jobs include land preparation, land tillage, weeding, pruning, tying, picking brush, tree training, harvesting crops. Must be able to work in hot, cold, damp conditions. Job entails bending, lifting, climbing, crouching, walking and standing. Fast paced environment, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads. Physically demanding. Attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, ability to distinguish between colors. Must be a team player, good judgement. organized.
