is looking for a friendly and service-driven individual to join our Front Desk team for the remaining 2026 season!
As a

Front Desk Agent
, you'll be at the heart of the guest experience - welcoming visitors, assisting throughout their stay, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide an excellent first impression
• Register guests and accurately record information in internal systems
• Manage incoming calls, make room reservations, and confirm bookings
• Process payments and provide invoices at check?out
• Assist guests with requests such as dinner reservations, local information, and resort activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized front desk area

• Strong commitment to guest service and hospitality
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• High attention to detail, accuracy, courtesy, and follow?through
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

This is a

Seasonal
position, running

until mid-October.
There is an opportunity to work at one of our year-round properties in Charlottetown during the off-season.
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
