Job Description
Misty Pines Bakery and Cafe located in the Old City Quarter. We are looking for someone with a good attitude, work ethic and the drive for perfection! Our hours of operation are 8 am-4pm 7 days a week. The candidate must be available for early morning, weekends and holidays.

Duties
• Morning bake-off and General Prep: Mixing doughs, proofing and baking bread and pastries, feeding starters, chopping/peeling/cutting fruits and vegetables for various jams and fillings
• Maintain the quality and freshness of ingredients
• Maintain a clean and tidy workspace, including equipment, personal tools and utensils; understand and abide by Health & Safety standards and Food Safe requirements
• Monitor and log shortages as required
• Cleaning down work area and writing an accurate prep list for the next day
• Must be available to work various shifts, including as early as 3 am
• Must be available weekends and holidays
