Job description:
Specific responsibilities include using a POS system, answering customer questions, and potentially stocking items.
Key Responsibilities and Skills:
• Customer Service
Greeting customers, taking orders, and providing friendly and helpful service is crucial.
• Order Taking and Processing
Using a POS system to enter orders accurately, processing payments (cash, credit, debit), and issuing receipts are essential tasks.
• Product Knowledge
Understanding the menu, new items, and promotions is important for making recommendations and answering customer questions.
• Cleanliness and Organization
Maintaining a clean and organized checkout area and contributing to the overall cleanliness of the restaurant is expected.
• Teamwork
Working as part of a team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Flexibility
Being able to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.
• Basic Math Skills
Accurately calculating bills and making change.
• Food Safety and Sanitation
Adhering to food safety regulations and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
