We are looking for a competent Restaurant Manager to lead our team of passionate members for service excellence and business success to the next level.

Major Responsibilities
• Responsible for profit and loss as well as cost effective operations of the restaurant
• Develop and implement sales and marketing plans for profitability
• Train and drive employees performance in exceed of customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements including but not limited to food safety, workplace safety and employment standards
• Manage positive customer relationships and delivery of pleasant dining experience

Job Requirements
• Degree in business management or food services related disciplines
• Mandatory knowledge and experience in Japanese cuisine
• Minimum 5 years of experience in management role
• Strong leadership, organizing, problem solving and communication skills
• Able to communicate in English

Terms of Employment
• Full time, permanent
• 40 working hours / week
• $79,200 - $87,600 annually depends on experience
• 2 weeks annual paid vacation
