who wants to learn the collision repair industry from the ground up.
Responsibilities
• Greeting and assisting customers
• Scheduling appointments, monitoring emails, texts and answering phones
• Helping coordinate repair progress updates
• Assisting estimators with photos and repair documentation
• Learning estimating software and insurance procedures
• Supporting shop operations and workflow
