Line Cook
to join our culinary team. With a steady mix of hotel guests and local diners, you'll be part of a kitchen that values consistency, teamwork, and a relaxed but professional atmosphere.

What You'll Do
• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Set up and stock your station with the necessary ingredients and supplies
• Ensure dishes are plated consistently and presented with care
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
• Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver timely, high-quality service
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate prep and stock needs
• Assist with basic prep and support other stations as needed during service

What We're Looking For
• Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred
• Solid understanding of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food handling
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to consistency
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A positive attitude and passion for food and hospitality
