JOB DESCRIPTION

Cleaner
We are currently looking for a cleaner for a residential building in Coquitlam. Applicant must be able to travel to specific work site and be available for morning shifts.
Day Shift
12 hours/week

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Cleaning common areas in a residential building
· Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, elevators, and other communal and public areas as required.
· Sweeping, moping, dusting, etc
· Vacuuming of carpeted areas and rugs

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum 2 years of cleaning experience
· Excellent time management
· Good understanding of English
· Ability to deal with customers in a positive & respectful manner
