Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities

• Engage in upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and company revenue

Experience
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
• Multilingual abilities, particularly bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin
• Demonstrated communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
• Analysis skills for assessing customer needs and providing tailored solutions
• Experience with upselling techniques and sales strategies is a plus
• Familiarity with phone etiquette standards and excellent interpersonal skills
