We are currently hiring for the following positions
• Line / Prep Cook
We are looking for responsible, hardworking individuals who are ready to grow with our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Requirements
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a team
• Kitchen experience is preferred
• Reliable and punctual, able to work weekend
Responsibilities:
• Cook and assemble pho, rice dishes, vermicelli, appetizers and other menu items.
• Set up and restock assigned kitchen stations before service.
• Wash, peel, cut and portion vegetables and herbs.
• Restock kitchen stations during service.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils and kitchen equipment.
• Keep preparation tables, shelves, floors and storage areas clean.
• Remove garbage, recycling and grease safely.
• Receive and organize food deliveries when required.
• Help with opening and closing kitchen duties.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation and workplace-safety procedures.
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
Education:
• Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
• Cooking: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
• English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
• Food Handler Certification (preferred)
• Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
