Cashier, Customer Service

We are seeking a friendly and professional Full-Time Cashier with Customer Service experience to join our team at Hello Pharmacy, Tofino!
This position offers an opportunity to develop customer service skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Perform Cashier, Customer Service duties, including, but not limited to:
• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and providing product information and support.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system across multiple departments.
• Assist with inventory management, including product ordering, receiving, stocking, and replenishment of merchandise.
• Maintain attractive and organized product displays to ensure the store is well merchandised and visually appealing.
• Support daily store operations by ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and welcoming for customers.
• Perform general housekeeping duties, including tidying shelves, workstations, and customer areas.
• Collaborate with pharmacy and retail team members to create a positive and seamless customer experience.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and customer service standards at all times.

Qualifications
• Prior experience in customer service, cashiering preferred
• Strong communication skills, including public speaking abilities
• Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly
• Friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time hours including weekends if required

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
