Delivery Driver

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to join our team. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for the following:
• Delivering Orders
: Transporting pizzas and other food items safely and promptly to customers' locations.
• Navigating Routes
: Knowing and following efficient delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries.
• Customer Service
: Providing friendly and professional service when interacting with customers during deliveries.
• Handling Payments
: Collecting payments from customers, if required, and returning change accurately.
• Maintaining Vehicle
: Ensuring the delivery vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
• Following Safety Procedures
: Adhering to traffic laws and safety standards to maintain a safe driving record.
• Assisting in Store Operations
: Helping out with tasks inside the store during non-delivery times, such as preparing orders or answering phones.
• Managing Orders
: Organizing deliveries efficiently, especially during peak times, to minimize wait times for customers.
• Communication
: Communicating effectively with store staff and customers to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Problem Solving
: Resolving any issues that arise during deliveries, such as incorrect orders or customer concerns, in a professional manner.
These duties ensure that delivery drivers contribute to the overall customer experience and operational efficiency of the pizza store.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of local roads and routes.
- Excellent time management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.25-$25.00 per hour
