Pizza Cook

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pizza Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and a love for creating delicious pizzas. As a Pizza Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals to our customers while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and kitchen cleanliness.

Duties
• Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored, adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Assist in meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and cooking equipment.
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality of food.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Help train new kitchen staff on food handling procedures and safety protocols.

Qualifications
• Previous experience in food preparation or cooking within the restaurant or food industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that satisfy customer expectations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
